Marathon Listings Website Redesign

Client: Marathon Property Solutions LLC

The purpose of Marathon Property Solutions LLC's website is to host their current residential and commercial listings, as well as provide details for their property management services. In this redesign, I analyzed their previous website design for a new UI/UX design and improved content flow and layout. Once the design was approved by the client, I worked directly with developers to launch the new design within WordPress using Beaver Build.

On the homepage, an easy way to search the property database was implemented in the hero section to drive users to the most visited page: property listings. After creating a UI package aligning with the client's brand standards and discussing possible solutions with developers, I created the design and layout of the search and hero section, including appropriate search fields and filters. Based on the search filters applied, the user would then be directed to the appropriate page with generated results.

On the Services page, services for both Property Owners and Tenants needed to be listed in an organized layout. Taking this list, it was laid out in a numbered list, so the user could easily see how many benefits they would receive from the client's services. Additionally, featured services were highlighted in the left hand column in gray boxes to stand out, along with contact information.

Finally, once the design was approved by the client, I worked directly with developers to launch the new design within WordPress using Beaver Build.
