The goal of MilitarySurvivor.com is to be the leading comprehensive resource of financial resources available to military survivors and their families. This information includes discounts, events, scholarships, programs, benefits and more.

The collection of this information required well thought-out organization and structuring for users to be able to access this information easily. The UI/UX design of the Discounts page included a search functionality, as well as a "Category" filter to narrow-down results.

Another key element of the website was the online member sign-up form, where military survivors can receive exclusive access in the member portal and opt-in to receive updates for when new discounts, events, or other information is added. After consulting with the Customer Relations team on what information they needed, and keeping in mind that minimal field requirements are ideal for optimal user experience, the final fields were narrowed down to three: first name, last name, and email address.
